Why someone is buying or selling makes a difference - first time
buyers, vacation house, investment, downsizing, or upsizing. Selling homes may include selling to combine families, job relocation, investment, retirement, downsizing, death of a relative. These are just a few of the circumstances. So, take into consideration the stress, joy, grief or other emotions involved with these different circumstances.
There’s also the financial part of selling or buying. It's not always the best
deal ever for buyers, or multiple offers and hundreds of thousands of
dollars over asking price for the sellers.
Then you have the clients involved, the other agent, lenders, trades people,
inspectors, insurance providers, title and escrow folks, movers, etc.
So yes, I sell homes for a living, but each sale is very different based on the
people and circumstances surrounding each sale. This is what keeps it exciting for me. I tailor my services to my clients' needs to make the process of buying or
